When you are in Delhi you have to play tourist a little bit!
Gurchetan took me to the India Gate
From there we walked towards the parliament and Rashtrapati Bhawan (the Presidential Palace) but on our way there we faced a dilemma!!! Left or right side! Let me explain :-) I have a thing for strange signs and this one certainly qualifies as one of them! I'm fine with not having to pay for left turns but does that mean that I have to pay for right turns??
The left side which was free!!!
The right side! Not for free??!!! ;-)
We got closer to the right side and even crossed the road when walking back but no one made us pay... I guess the sign was lying!!! :-)

I found a "Friends" fountain next to the Parliament!
I have at this time only been in Delhi for a few hours but I have already realized that Delhi beats Calcutta at almost everything! One of the things that makes me love Delhi is the Metro!! Yes Calcutta also has a metro but it is nothing like the Delhi Metro and it's not built to reach IIMC yet :-(
Another thing that makes Delhi great is the food! For lunch we went to a restaurant called Boombox that served burgers that would give you a messy orgasmic experience!! How great isn't that!!! :-)
